When a boy met a girl, it was a batch made in heaven; the perfect recipe of a lifelong baker, military veteran and philanthropist. Kind Cookie Company was dreamed up by Nicholas & Erin Vandre to enrich communities with kindness, one cookie at a time. Taking an incredible homemade cookie recipe and adding a heap of purpose, passion and community pride, Kind Cookies was born to serve the community. Our goal is to create a new cookie culture and community of conscious consumers through kindness. Golden Sunrise- a cookie made in honor of MSG Michael “Ty” Kettenhofen.

“To a golden sunrise and forever Blue Skies” ❤️

Ty Kettenhoffen was a member of the US Army’s elite parachute team, The Golden Knights and tragically passed away during a training exercise in Florida on March 13, 2023. Ty was a beloved father, brother, son, boyfriend, and friend. Ty Kettenhoffen was loved, admired, and respected by all those who knew him for his sense of humor, joy of life and accomplishments as an elite parachutist. Ty will be honored and remembered as a Golden Knight, Soldier, and friend.

Proceeds of this cookie will be donated to Ty’s girlfriend Jenna Walker, and her daughters as they navigate the grief of losing such a great man on their lives.

Help celebrate the life of Ty Kettenhofen by joining us for a fundraiser benefiting Jenna Walker! Grab your lawn chairs and blankets to join us in efforts to raise money for the family of Ty Kettenhofen, with entertainment, food, refreshments, cornhole tournaments, raffles and more!
